Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Frisbii, a PSG Equity portfolio company, on its acquisition of AI predictive analytics specialist Infer.
Frisbii is a leading European provider of subscription management, recurring billing, and payment software. The acquisition of Infer is a key strategic addition to Frisbii's platform, expanding its expertise in data-driven revenue optimisation.
