Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised private equity firm Pelican Capital LLP on its strategic investment in Capacitas, a London-based cloud transformation consultancy.
Pelican Capital’s investment will enable Capacitas to capitalise on the growth of cloud and AI adoption and support the company's further investment in talent, service innovation, and go-to-market strategy.
