Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Advancing Eyecare, a provider of ophthalmic instruments in North America, on its acquisition of Birmingham Optical Group.
Birmingham Optical has been a supplier to the optical industry in the UK for more than 60 years, providing equipment and services to optometry practices, hospitals, eye care clinics, and optical laboratories. The acquisition establishes a strong presence for Advancing Eyecare in the UK, expanding its global footprint.
