Alan has advised on numerous fund launches and secondary issues, as well as post-launch matters such as restructurings, acquisitions and rollovers. He has experience of working with both UK investment companies and offshore vehicles across a variety of asset classes, including equities, real estate and alternative finance.
He also advises clients on a broad range of corporate and regulatory matters.
