Eifion Morris

As CEO, Eifion has set a bold strategy to double the firm’s turnover within five years while strengthening our sector expertise and international reach. His vision is to build on the firm’s strengths across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia to create a distinct market position.
 
Eifion is equally focused on our people. Early in his career, he learned the value of understanding business as well as law, and of giving people meaningful responsibility from the outset - principles that continue to shape our culture today. His fresh approach earned him recognition in 2021 in The Lawyer's The Hot 100, where his desire to create a more modern firm was applauded.
 
Before becoming CEO in 2019, Eifion worked as an intellectual property lawyer for more than 20 years, during which he became co-head of the firm's IP practice. He has extensive experience leading complex, multi-jurisdictional litigation for multinational clients.
